This question comes up a lot. At Better Essentials, we do not recommend the internal use of any essential oils, regardless of their quality. Essential oils are highly concentrated, and they can cause serious harm if used inappropriately. We believe that the topical and aromatic uses of essential oils are both safer and more effective than internal use.
